Very easy check-in & check-out experience. The woman at the front desk was very friendly & professional. The room was very clean with plenty of supplies & towels. All appliances & air conditioner worked great.

Comfortable, spacious room, easy parking, reception staff were very helpful. A snack-type DIY breakfast of cereal and coffee etc was a bonus.

Staff were great. Electricity was turned off for the county as we arrived. They gave us flashlights and sent us to Safeway to get food- the only store with generators. Room clean and nice. Great location.

We were delayed because of a fire and rock slide east of Crescent City on 199. They closed the highway. Had to change route adding 5 hours to out trip. when we got to hotel, they had our room & key ready for us. Wasnt in the office but a couple minutes. That was nice since we were exhausted.

Great location Staff made an effort to give us a quiet room Staff really pleasant in afternoon No coffee in morning guy couldnt work the pit! Partner enjoyed bed I enjoyed hot water and tv nice towels too Very very simple but good
